आवधिक चुनावबाट राजनीतिकर्मीको अनुमोदन भएजस्तै कर्मचारीतन्त्रको कार्यसम्पादनप्रति जनताको सन्तुष्टि/असन्तुष्टिबारे नियमित सर्वेक्षण आवश्यक छ । एकचोटि लोक सेवा पास गरेपछि जिन्दगी आरामले कट्छ भन्ने सोचको अन्त्य हुनुपर्छ ।
